We had our roof done after hurricane Ian. I am a first-time home owner. They walked me through all the steps of filing a claim. Everyone was so helpful. I was able to contact Ted anytime I had any questions. They even helped me get a public adjuster to help me with my insurance claim. It was such a smooth process I would highly recommend. The men who put my roof on were nice as well. They were quick, from start to finish was only 2 days! My husband had lost his wallet in the yard, they found it and put it at my front door!

From project beginning to the end, everything was professional. I received several bids and they were very competitive. All the work was completed in one day as promised. Overall, I was very happy and I am in the process of obtaining another quote for a villa we own in the villages.

Chris made getting my grandmother a new roof easy and fast. Doing business over the phone, much less in different states is never easy. He did most of the leg work with insurance. The continious photo updates throughout the project was a relief, as you can't expect an 85 year old woman to go on the roof. Chris and his installation crew will definitely have my business using Secured Roofing for my rental properties in the future.
